Watercolor #11 - Withershins (Summer of 2008)
Featuring the most exciting Withershins Effect (starts at 0:59) this Watercolor launched the genre into a previously unknown dimension. The glassbreaks (originally from the Midnight Oil song) plus the intense acceleration of the finishing part strikes with an exceptional kind of energy which blows up the dancefloor for sure.
The latter one indeed happened when Withershins was presented - however, later it was often criticized because of its over-complex structure and of the "rape" of the Wytches Chant. Also, part starts at 0:37 is amongst the poorest mixes ever made.
